We provide professional air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, HVAC cleaning, mold removal, and related indoor air quality services throughout Dallas, Houston, and surrounding Texas areas.

2.2 Service Delivery

Our services include:

• Residential air duct cleaning: Complete cleaning of supply ducts, return ducts, trunk lines, plenums, blower compartments, and accessible coil surfaces
• Dryer vent cleaning: Removal of lint and debris from complete dryer vent systems
• Mold remediation: Assessment, removal, and prevention of mold contamination in HVAC systems
• HVAC maintenance: Cleaning and maintenance of heating and cooling system components
• Indoor air quality services: Assessment, testing, and improvement services

2.3 Service Scope

Services are provided according to NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaners Association) standards using professional truck-mounted equipment, certified technicians, and industry-approved methods. Detailed scope of work will be provided in written estimates before service begins.

3.2 Written Estimates

Before providing services, we will provide a written estimate detailing:

• Any terms, conditions, or exclusions

3.3 Estimate Validity

Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Pricing may change after this period based on current market conditions, fuel costs, or changes to service requirements.

3.4 Acceptance of Estimates

By approving a written estimate and scheduling service, you accept these Terms and agree to the services and pricing as outlined. Verbal acceptance or proceeding with scheduled service constitutes agreement.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Service Fees

Pricing is based on:

• Home size and square footage
• Number of supply and return vents
• Ductwork configuration and accessibility
• Contamination level and special services required
• Geographic service area

4.2 Additional Charges

Additional fees may apply for:

• Services beyond original scope discovered during inspection
• Extensive mold contamination requiring specialized remediation
• Repairs needed to damaged or disconnected ductwork
• Travel fees for service areas beyond 50 miles from our headquarters
• After-hours, weekend, or emergency service requests

Important: Any additional charges will be disclosed and approved by you before work proceeds.

4.3 Payment Terms

• Residential services: Payment due upon completion of service
• Commercial services: Net 15 terms available for established accounts
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, check, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), ACH transfer

4.4 Late Payment

Invoices not paid within 30 days of service completion will incur a 1.5% monthly late fee (18% annual percentage rate). We reserve the right to suspend services to customers with outstanding balances and pursue collection through legal means if necessary.

4.5 Cancellation Fees

• 24+ hours notice: No cancellation fee
• Less than 24 hours notice: $75 cancellation fee
• No-show or same-day cancellation: $150 cancellation fee

Emergency situations (illness, family emergencies) may be considered for fee waiver at our discretion.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1 Access and Preparation

Customer agrees to:

• Provide clear access to all HVAC equipment, ductwork, and vents
• Move furniture, decorations, and fragile items from areas around vents
• Ensure technicians can access furnace rooms, attics, crawlspaces, or other areas as needed
• Secure pets in separate areas away from work zones
• Be present during service or provide access to authorized representative
• Disclose any known hazards (asbestos, structural issues, aggressive pets, etc.)

5.2 Accurate Information

Customer must provide accurate information regarding:

• Property size, age, and ductwork configuration
• Previous service history and known issues
• Health concerns, allergies, or special requirements
• Property ownership status and authority to approve work

5.3 Safety Hazards

Customer must disclose any known safety hazards including but not limited to:

• Asbestos-containing materials in ductwork or building
• Structural instability or unsafe conditions
• Chemical contamination or hazardous materials
• Electrical hazards or faulty wiring
• Aggressive animals or unsafe pets

Failure to disclose known hazards releases us from liability and may result in service refusal.

6. Service Guarantees and Warranties

6.1 Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service quality within 7 days of completion, we will re-clean affected areas at no additional charge.

6.2 Workmanship Warranty

We warrant that all services will be performed in a professional, workmanlike manner consistent with NADCA industry standards. Any defects in workmanship discovered within 30 days of service will be corrected at no charge.

6.3 Equipment Performance

While we use professional-grade equipment and follow industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific HVAC performance improvements, energy savings, or health outcomes. Results vary based on numerous factors including system age, ductwork condition, and home environment.

6.4 Limitations

Our guarantee does not cover:

• Pre-existing ductwork damage or deficiencies
• Normal re-accumulation of dust over time
• Contamination from external sources after service
• HVAC system failures unrelated to our service
• Damages caused by customer negligence or misuse

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 General Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7.2 Excluded Damages

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Lost profits, business interruption, or economic losses
• Damage to property not directly caused by our negligence
• Pre-existing conditions in ductwork or HVAC systems
• Issues arising from homeowner neglect or improper maintenance
• Health conditions or allergies unrelated to our services

7.3 Insurance Coverage

We maintain comprehensive general liability insurance covering property damage and bodily injury. We will provide certificates of insurance upon request. Claims for property damage caused by our services should be reported immediately and will be processed through our insurance carrier.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy, you agree to first contact us directly to attempt informal resolution. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through good-faith communication.

8.2 Mediation

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation. Mediation will be conducted by a mutually agreed-upon neutral mediator in Brazoria County, Texas. Costs of mediation will be split equally.

8.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Brazoria County, Texas. Both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

8.4 Time Limitation for Claims

Any claim or cause of action arising from our services must be filed within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose. Claims filed after this period are forever barred.
